Desde o departamento de I+D+i de\u00a0 mercor<\/strong> tecresa\u00ae\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>tem se projetado um novo produto denominado OSOTHERM<\/strong>\u00ae que vem pra completar nossa ampla gama de exutores.<\/p>\n

Estes aparelhos est\u00e3o desenhados prioritariamente para evacuar grandes quantidades de fumo em caso de inc\u00eandio e como fun\u00e7\u00e3o adicional, realizar uma ventila\u00e7\u00e3o di\u00e1ria na \u00e1rea que se encontra instalado.<\/p>\n

Os exutores de maneira gen\u00e9rica classificam-se em tr\u00eas tipos fundamentais:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Exutor tipo janela Osotherm \"\"<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

    O modelo OSOTHERM<\/strong>\u00ae encaixa-se dentro deste \u00faltimo tipo chamado janela e seu uso principal est\u00e1 pensando para lugares de p\u00fablica aflu\u00eancia, centro comerciais, edif\u00edcios p\u00fablicos, salas multiusos, espa\u00e7os p\u00fablicos com \u00e1trios, etc. onde requeira-se um maior n\u00edvel de est\u00e9tica, j\u00e1 que o seu aspeto \u00e9 muito similar a uma janela convencional.<\/p>\n

    Como o resto de exutores de mercor<\/strong> tecresa\u00ae o OsoTherm<\/strong> cumpre com todas as especifica\u00e7\u00f5es que indica a norma UNE EN 12.101-2<\/strong> respeito aos ensaios que deve validar para a obten\u00e7\u00e3o do seu obrigat\u00f3rio selo CE<\/strong>. Entre estes testes est\u00e3o:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • C\u00e1lculo da Superf\u00edcie livre de desenfumagem<\/strong> \u201cAvCv<\/strong>\u201d segundo a dimens\u00e3o do exutor.<\/li>\n
    • Ensaio de correto funcionamento a Altas Temperaturas \u201cB(300)<\/strong>\u201d, que garantem seu correto funcionamento a 300\u00baC durante 30 minutos.<\/li>\n
    • A abertura com Sobrecarga de Neve \u201cSL\u201d<\/strong> neste caso \u00e9 Zero j\u00e1 que se colocam em posi\u00e7\u00e3o vertical n\u00e3o pudendo assim se acumular a mesma encima do aparelho.<\/li>\n
    • O correto funcionamento em condi\u00e7\u00f5es de Carga de Vento \u201cWL\u201d<\/strong> d\u00e1-nos o valor m\u00e1ximo de 1000 a 1500 pascal<\/strong> dependendo das dimens\u00f5es do exutor.<\/li>\n
    • Ensaio de correto funcionamento a baixa temperatura \u201cT(oo)\u201d<\/strong>, testa-se que o arejador funcione corretamente a 0\u00ba.<\/li>\n
    • Ensaio de Tempo M\u00e1ximo de abertura \u201c60s<\/strong>\u201d verifica-se que o arejador abra completamente em um minuto tal e como estipulado na normativa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      As dimens\u00f5es<\/strong> m\u00ednimas do OsoTherm<\/strong> s\u00e3o 800×800 mm e pode chegar a 2700 mm de longitude horizontal e 2200 mm de longitude vertical m\u00e1xima. A inclina\u00e7\u00e3o de abertura da janela varia desde os 10\u00ba aos 90\u00ba.<\/p>\n

      De maneira padronizada, este produto leva um motor el\u00e9trico que funciona a 24v encapsulado em uma carca\u00e7a de alum\u00ednio, que tal como comentado anteriormente suporta at\u00e9 300\u00ba durante 30 minutos, tal como indica a UNE 12.001-2.<\/p>\n

      Hoje \u00e9 muito importante manter o conforto t\u00e9rmico em qualquer edif\u00edcio de p\u00fablica aflu\u00eancia com o m\u00ednimo custo energ\u00e9tico, por isso este produto tem se desenvolvido com altos desempenhos de comportamento t\u00e9rmico, tanto na possibilidade de colocar uma folha tripla de vidro, como no isolamento interior do perfis que impede que atue como uma ponte t\u00e9rmica importante.<\/p>\n
