Depuis le d\u00e9partement R&D\u00a0 mercor<\/strong> tecresa\u00ae<\/strong><\/span> nous avons d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 un nouveau produit appel\u00e9 OSOTHERM\u00ae pour venir compl\u00e9ter notre vaste gamme d\u2019exutoires.<\/p>\n

Ces dispositifs sont con\u00e7us prioritairement pour \u00e9vacuer de grandes quantit\u00e9s de fum\u00e9e<\/strong> en cas d\u2019incendie et, comme fonction additionnelle, r\u00e9aliser la ventilation quotidienne<\/strong> de l\u2019espace dans lequel elles se trouvent.<\/p>\n

Los exutorios de manera gen\u00e9rica se clasifican en tres tipos fundamentales:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Exutorio tipo ventana Osotherm\u00a0\"\"<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

    Le mod\u00e8le OSOTHERM\u00ae est du troisi\u00e8me type, dit fen\u00eatre, et son usage principal est destin\u00e9 aux b\u00e2timents de rassemblement tels que des centres commerciaux, des b\u00e2timents publics, des salles multiusages, etc. Son aspect tr\u00e8s similaire \u00e0 une fen\u00eatre conventionnelle lui conf\u00e8re un aspect esth\u00e9tique plus appropri\u00e9 pour ce genre de structures.<\/p>\n

    Comme le reste des exutoires\u00a0 de mercor<\/strong> tecresa\u00ae,<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    OSOTHERM\u00ae<\/strong> respecte toutes les sp\u00e9cifications exig\u00e9es par la norme UNE EN 12.101-2 <\/strong>en ce qui concerne les tests \u00e0 valider pour l\u2019obtention du marquage CE<\/strong>. Ces tests sont :<\/p>\n

    • \n
        \n
      • Calcul de la Surface libre pour l\u2019\u00e9vacuation<\/strong> de la fum\u00e9e en fonction de la dimension de l\u2019exutoire.<\/li>\n
      • Test de bon fonctionnement \u00e0 Hautes Temp\u00e9ratures<\/strong>, qui garantit son bon fonctionnement \u00e0 300\u00baC pendant 30 minutes.<\/li>\n
      • L\u2019ouverture malgr\u00e9 une surcharge de neige<\/strong>. Ce test n\u2019est pas applicable ici car l\u2019exutoire se place en position verticale et ne permet donc pas l\u2019accumulation de neige.<\/li>\n
      • Test de bon fonctionnement en conditions de Charge de Vent <\/strong>qui donne des valeurs maximales de 1000 \u00e0 1500 pascals <\/strong>selon les dimensions de l\u2019exutoire.<\/li>\n
      • \u00c9tude des cycles d\u2019ouverture et de fermeture pour v\u00e9rifier la fiabilit\u00e9<\/strong> de l\u2019exutoire. Les tests s\u2019effectuent pour 000 cycles<\/strong> d\u2019\u00e9vacuation de la fum\u00e9e et 10.000 cycles<\/strong> de ventilation.<\/li>\n
      • Test de bon fonctionnement \u00e0 Basses Temp\u00e9ratures<\/strong>, qui garantit son bon fonctionnement sous 0\u00baC.<\/li>\n
      • Test de Temps maximum d\u2019ouverture \u201c60s\u201d <\/strong>pour v\u00e9rifier que l\u2019ouverture de l\u2019exutoire s\u2019effectue en maximum une minute, comme le requiert la norme.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Les dimensions<\/strong> de l\u2019exutoire OSOTHERM\u00ae<\/strong> sont de minimum 80×80 cm et peuvent aller jusqu\u2019\u00e0 un maximum de 270 cm horizontalement et 220 cm verticalement. L\u2019inclinaison de son ouverture va de 10\u00ba \u00e0 90\u00ba.<\/p>\n

         <\/p>\n

        De fa\u00e7on standard, ce produit poss\u00e8de un moteur \u00e9lectrique qui fonctionne \u00e0 24v, encapsul\u00e9 dans un boitier en aluminium. Il supporte \u00e9galement jusqu\u2019\u00e0 300\u00baC pendant 30 minutes, comme requis par la norme UNE 12.001-2.<\/p>\n

        Comme il est essentiel de maintenir le confort thermique d\u2019un b\u00e2timent public \u00e0 un co\u00fbt \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique minimum, OSOTHERM\u00ae <\/strong>a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u pour pouvoir ajouter un triple vitrage en cas de besoin. L\u2019isolation int\u00e9rieure du ch\u00e2ssis emp\u00eache que l\u2019exutoire agisse comme un pont thermique entre l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur et l\u2019int\u00e9rieur.<\/p>\n
